We Are Leaders is a one-woman business focusing on coaching, training, and consulting within professional development for middle management Gen Z and Millennials. The project centered around logo creation and the development of a visual identity system that could be implemented across digital and physical mediums. The bold coral red embodies the empowerment and confidence that the brand represents. The contrast in weight gives the logo a minimalist feel while accentuating the "we" to emphasize the community the brand aims to build. Overall, the visual identity is sleek and minimalistic, with the flexibility to be applied across various touchpoints.
