Hotel The Nobleman is a newly opened luxury boutique hotel paying homage to the most prominent historical figures of the Dutch Golden Age. As the Assistant General Manager during the pre-opening phase, I was in charge of designing the visual branding for all guest touchpoints, both digital and in person. The branding captures a classical and regal essence while grounding it in contemporary luxury. To achieve this, the typography combines embellished and serifed fonts to merge historical and contemporary styles. A dark and muted color scheme was employed, reminiscent of the art style prevalent during the building's era. The visual branding was implemented across numerous touchpoints, including hotel signage, a brand book, various printed assets, social media design, and more. This was a collaborative project, with the logo illustration completed by Aart Taminiau and concept development by Stef van der Bijl and Niels Zandbergen.
